The conflict involving Ukraine and Russia remains the central focus as Volodymyr Zelensky intensifies coordination with Western leaders including Starmer, Merz, and Hungary, while also escalating military actions targeting Crimea. At the same time, tensions are rising between Zelensky and Poland over unusual flight path incidents, and diplomatic relations with Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Syria are cooling with dialogue stalling. Additionally, strained exchanges continue between Saint Petersburg and Zelensky amid the ongoing conflict.

How News Intel works

News Intel is a feed of AI-written sentences about where the world is going. Under the hood, GDELT, RSS and curated Twitter handles stream into an entity graph (people, organizations, places, indicators) keyed by Wikidata QIDs. Pattern detectors run hourly against that graph - when one fires, the LLM is asked to write a sentence describing what's happening. The percentage you see is a magnitude-of-shift score computed from the graph signals themselves; the LLM never sees or produces the number.

Filter the feed by Topic (Geopolitics / Tech) and then by Region or Vertical. Each card links to the full claim detail page with the underlying entities, evidence events, and signal history.
