The ongoing conflict in Ukraine is driving a surge in international cooperation, with multiple nations, including Brazil, Japan, and the Philippines, increasing their diplomatic and military support for Ukraine amid rising geopolitical tensions. This trend is further underscored by intensified coordination between Ukraine and key political figures like Keir Starmer, as well as strategic maneuvers in regions such as the Strait of Hormuz. As various countries respond to the evolving landscape, the focus remains on fostering alliances to address both immediate security concerns and long, term peace efforts.

How News Intel works

News Intel is a feed of AI-written sentences about where the world is going. Under the hood, GDELT, RSS and curated Twitter handles stream into an entity graph (people, organizations, places, indicators) keyed by Wikidata QIDs. Pattern detectors run hourly against that graph - when one fires, the LLM is asked to write a sentence describing what's happening. The percentage you see is a magnitude-of-shift score computed from the graph signals themselves; the LLM never sees or produces the number.

Filter the feed by Topic (Geopolitics / Tech) and then by Region or Vertical. Each card links to the full claim detail page with the underlying entities, evidence events, and signal history.
